Laura grew up in the real estate business as her mother Gloria was a top agent and manager in the Detroit area and in Santa Monica. Laura’s early career was in the entertainment industry, producing commercials globally with award-winning producers and directors. Eventually, Laura felt the call to follow in her mother’s footsteps into the real estate industry. The organizational skills she learned managing large productions were perfectly suited to her role as a top-producing real estate agent: attention to detail; negotiating skills, and an ability to bring people together.

Laura is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and works with clients 55+ as they face challenging decisions about estate planning, retirement, downsizing, adapting their homes to “age in place,” moving to new homes or communities out of state, or moving into local independent or assisted living facilities.

Laura is deeply involved with her community, supporting the Good Shepherd Shelter, Crescent Heights Elementary School, and her Annual Food Drive and donates a porion of her commission to local charities. Laura lives in Faircrest Heights, a mid-Los Angeles neighborhood, where she serves as President of the local Faircrest Heights Neighborhood Association, as well as a business representative on the board of the P.I.C.O. Neighborhood Council, which includes nearby neighborhoods. When Laura can take a break, she enjoys walking in her neighborhood with her dog Sophie.

Bella is a graduate of California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI) with a BA in English. She also holds an AA in Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design and Marketing (FIDM) where she specialized in creating and implementing marketing campaigns. Bella previously worked at International Workplace Group (IWG) as an Area Sales Manager, where she enjoyed helping to find their ideal office space throughout LA. Her professional background in sales along with her education has provided Bella with outstanding negotiations skills, effective marketing acumen, and a steadfast commitment to her clients’ satisfaction.

Bella joined the Laura Anderson Real Estate Group in March 2020 as a Real Estate Assistant. Quickly learning the intricacies of the real estate market with an even greater emphasis on helping people, Bella is happy to be working for the team as a Buyer’s Agent.

Bella lives in Runyon Canyon neighborhood with her Husband and dog, a corgi-shepherd mix named Ghost. In 2020, Ghost suffered from stage 5 intervertebral disc disease and now is happily getting around on his wheels. You can catch Bella with Ghost, running around in his wheel cart, around the neighborhood. Ghost brings joy to people wherever he goes!

Darlene brings a wealth of hands-on experience to her current position. As a certified Transaction Coordinator and former right-hand to one of the top agent producers, she is both adept at the day-to-day transactional nature of real estate, and as a licensed agent, she has the personality to make clients’ needs her top priority. No wonder, clients rave about her.

Darlene is a happy and proud mother of two college age daughters and two adorable, furry rescues, Charlie & Louie. She’s a big Dodgers fan and basketball lover and on the weekends, you’ll find her scouring the shelves at Home Goods looking for her latest treasure.
